5. Form Provider — Tally

We use Tally.so to power our newsletter signup form and contact form. When you submit a form, your data (name, email, and any other fields) is processed by Tally and forwarded to us. Tally is GDPR-compliant and stores data on EU servers.

6. Email Service Provider — Brevo

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our mailing list and send newsletter emails. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU. Your data is shared with Brevo solely to deliver newsletter communications.

7. Analytics — Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID: G-92SGKEXQP4) to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, session duration, and approximate location via IP address. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to servers in the United States.

8. Advertising — Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 977470995031143) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to build audiences for future campaigns. The Pixel may set cookies on your device and send data to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) about your visit.

9. Amazon Affiliate Links

Our Offers page contains Amazon affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, Amazon may set cookies on your device to track the referral. We earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We do not receive any personal data from Amazon about your purchases.

10. Hosting — Cloudflare Pages

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, request headers) as part of normal web operations. Cloudflare is GDPR-compliant.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above (Tally, Brevo, Google, Meta, Cloudflare) for the stated purposes, and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law.

We retain your newsletter data for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your email is removed from active lists; system logs may retain it for up to 12 months. To request full deletion, email hello@mikind.de.

13. Your Rights Under GDPR

As an EEA resident, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@mikind.de. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Germany: Bundesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz (BfDI).

14. Cookies

We use a cookie consent banner to obtain your consent before loading non-essential cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Essential cookies required for basic site functionality are always active. You can change your preferences at any time via your browser settings.

Our newsletter is intended for adults (parents and expectant parents). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
